Как это работает

As the video plays, you type a note and it's automatically stamped with the current playback time. Each note becomes a clickable link that seeks the player right back to that moment, so reviewing means jumping between your own key points instead of scrubbing blindly. Notes are kept in your browser, and the video streams through YouTube's official player so playback works exactly as normal.
